By joining one of my Fresh Air Fitness Group Sessions you would get MAXIMUM RESULTS in the MINIMUM TIME. YES, even in a group, all of my work-outs are adapted to your body and are at your OWN PACE, whilst working a whole range of muscles and cardiovascular that would be hard to get to in a gym!
What to Expect?
All the classes are a mixture of fat burning (cardiovascular) and muscle toning (resistance training) exercises using a variety of props from benches to trees to tractor tyres! All of the sessions are designed to be varied and FUN whilst being suitable for all levels of fitness.If you are carrying an injury just let me know and I can adapt the exercises for you accordingly.
What to Bring?
Plenty of Water and a Sense of Humour! Also please make sure that you eat a snack like a banana half an hour before coming training.
