Fresh Air Fitness provides an intense full-body workout that includes cardiovascular and resistance work using a variety of equipment and props from benches to trees to tractor tyres! All sessions are designed to be varied and FUN whilst being suitable for all levels of fitness.
Bring water and a sense of humour!
Wear comfortable sportswear (preferably layers so that you are warm to start with and can peel them off as you get warmer), trainers (and a waterproof, if necessary). We’ll be there rain or shine!
Groups
Public groups run every week and are open to all. Prices are fixed at £10 per session (or less, if you pay for a block of 6 or more in advance).
If there are 2 or more of you who would like to share the cost of a Personal Training session, for a maximum cost of £20 each (£10 for 4+people), you can choose your own day, time and venue. You can also choose whether or not to open the group up to the public to keep costs even lower.
